Drugs don't make seeds.

Regardless the decades of time & energy WASTED on inadequate State initiatives, public protests and endless court battles...

The world's oldest global culture does not need (and will never get) permission to exist from an extinctionistic, dysfunctional, hyper-violent, morally & fiscally bankrupt, physiologically and mentally degenerate, evolutionarily disintegrated, transient and hypocritical, corporately corrupted political regime. The insidious prohibitionist construct can only result in the inevitable counter-productive result we are willingly participating in.

ANY tolerance for ideas about controlling, taxing and regulating any "herb"  -- as if it really was a "drug" -- is fundamentally misguided from the outset.  "Drugs" don't make seeds. "Herbs" make seeds. You can make a drug from an herb but you can't make an herb from a drug! They are not the same thing! Where is the legal distinction that reflects the reality of the many differences between drugs and herbs?

Why does the contemporary Cannabis culture simply continue to accept that herbs are, somehow, rightfully regulated by a "drug" agency? Since when is farming any "herb bearing seed...and every green herb" no longer a fundamental human right, and forced through manipulation, propaganda and illogic under the jurisdiction of the corporately controlled courts.

The contemporary Cannabis culture has yet to recognize and fully acknowledge itself, in solidarity, as the world's most ancient global culture. To reclaim our legitimacy,  We the People of the Cannabis culture need to identify Cannabis as both unique and essential.  In doing so Cannabis will be elevated to its rightful stature, which is in fact valuable beyond the rightful jurisdiction of any court.

The evolution of revolution is revaluation. Viva la revaluacion!

Fragmentation of the Cannabis "movement" into distinct "medical", "industrial","nutritional", "recreational" and "spiritual" compartments has divided and bureaucratized the grassroots. We have been misled by "pro-Cannabis" bureaucrats, who have a vested interest in conceding rightful jurisdiction over "every herb bearing seed." Every "voter initiative" that begs permission (that will never come), has been sold to us as a way to "legalize" or "decriminalize" marijuana,  while our freedom to farm "every herbbearing seed" has been undermined and disempowered by the "drug policy reform establishment" including DPA, NORML, MPP, ASA and the rest of the oxymorons who have failed to end prohibition.

In spite of the obscene amount of money and time spent in "fighting" lobbying and voting to regain what is our god-given right to grow, use, smoke, plant, harvest, sell, and worship the Cannabis plant, in ALL of its many forms and uses; criminal disregard for the public will continues to be demonstrated by the blatantly misanthropic, anti-Constitutional, federal ("feral") government's increasing harassment of California dispensaries.

It is amazing and enormously sad to observe that regardless of mankind's imminent, predictable, foreseeable extinction as the result of compounding systemic imbalances being imposed on environment, economics, and social order, we are STILL allowing ourselves to be herded into hoping for relief through an impotent and disingenuous vote.

Our children will grow up justifiably angry at us for our collective cowardice. "Essential civilian demand" is the surest, quickest way to reclaim our (federally and internationally) un-restricted access to the one and ONLY plant that can reverse climate change, before we run out of growing seasons.

Emergency Preparedness, Response and Communications Committee on Homeland Security: "Essential Civilian Demand"

Unless we recognize 'time' as the limiting factor in the equation of survival, and every growing season wasted  in argument as an opportunity lost,  then one day very soon we will wake up to realize that there is nothing that can be done to prevent our own, self-inflicted extinction, following a period of unthinkable suffering, illness and death.

Reverend Christie denied bail for the seventh time

In order to deny Reverend Christie bail for the seventh time, several layers of institutional malfeasance have been caked with fetid logic, clearly evidenced in the following, absurd statements:

-- "A prosecution memorandum stated the delays are due mostly to Christie and his wife and co-defendant, Sherryanne “Share” St. Cyr Christie."

Reverend and Mrs. Christie are being blamed for their own indefinite, coercive, imprisonment-without-trial-or-bail, even as they attempt to navigate an un-objective, mercenary and disingenuous court. The Just "Ice" system is treasonously “unreasonable, arbitrary and capricious” in its prejudice against the Cannabis plant, a known "strategic food resource" and "dietary essential" that's critical to national security. Federal courts are routinely vindictive against courageous people who dare to speak the truth about Cannabis.

Prosecutors and judges in this case are doing everything they can to make sure that if this case ever does come to trial, the jury will be predisposed to render a guilty verdict. It is well-known that defendants imprisoned before trial are much more likely to be found guilty by jurors, who naively figure that  "if he's already in prison, then he must be guilty."

In fact the Christies are kind and peaceful, victims of a perverted "drug war," that is causing a hard drugs epidemic in place of safe and effective herbal remedies. In the midst of a marijuana-scarcity-induced, hard drug epidemic; the "Just Ice" system in Hawaii has dismissed due process and the Rule of Law in order to avoid acknowledgment of credible science and twelve thousand years of recorded history. Both are overwhelmingly clear and consistent regarding the many beneficial properties of Cannabis; and the predictable consequences of ‘marijuana’ eradication.

Roger and Share are standing boldly and strongly for the truth, presenting evidence of the sacred stature of Cannabis, “The Tree of Life” as the honored sacrament for the world's oldest global culture. For their courage and honesty they are being viciously punished by shameless, ungrateful, professional liars.

-- "Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Kawahara wrote that a year of delay was caused by Christie “attempting to negotiate pleas for both St. Cyr and himself instead of going to trial.” "

In truth, the prosecution is using indefinite detention as a means to coerce Reverend Christie into taking a "plea deal." The courts are finding out that there is increasing likelihood that Roger won't be convicted by a jury. People are sick of the failed “drug war.” Thanks to Roger, Share and activists like them all over the world, mankind is rediscovering the truth about the healing properties of Cannabis -- for our bodies and to recover functional integrity in Earth’s ecosystem.

-- "He stated that another cause was “Christie’s and his wife’s (St. Cyr) elections to change attorneys in midstream.”"

In fact, there were at least four delays that were not elected by Roger:

Roger's first public defender quit, to take a job at a private law firm.

His second court-appointed attorney quit because Roger refused to "cut a deal" with the prosecution.

The third big trial delay was because the prosecutor's wife was suddenly diagnosed with ALS, a painful, fatal disease.  Roger was asked to accept the delay while incarcerated, with zero benefit to him. With great compassion, he did so, with a prayer for the prosecutor’s family.

What irony that Cannabis is possibly the only effective treatment for ALS. Roger wrote to me that  “If they had lived in Hilo years ago I would have likely been the guy to deliver it to her at home, or in hospital or hospice.  For a donation.”

The fourth trial delay was imposed when the prosecutor's wife died and Roger was asked - for the second time - to accept another delay while incarcerated, with zero benefit to him.  He accepted once again, without complaint and with another prayer for the prosecutor's family's healing and well-being.

Interestingly, none of this was mentioned by the prosecutor in court. Rather, it was falsely presented that Roger had delayed proceedings for his own (incarcerated) benefit!  Some nerve that liar has.  There is a heap of bad karma accumulating on him in this life, bearing false witness in federal court, no less.

Once a lie is told, eventually it takes more&more lies to make it sound believable. The most obvious lie is that Reverend Roger is somehow "dangerous to the community" -- the same community that awarded Roger the "Ho'omaluhia Peacemaker Award" in 2001.

Wake up WeThePeople! Our health and our civil liberties are being stolen by lying,  rapaciously unaccountable "drug war" dinosaurs, running rampant at tax-payer's expense. In spite of the tremendous pressures of indefinite detention, and threats from prosecutors of pre-trial imprisonment against Share, the Christie’s are stedfast in their trust of truth; determined to have their case heard before a jury.

The DEA’s own Administrative Law Judge issued the following opinion, in 1988:

“Marijuana, in its natural form, is one of the safest therapeutically active substances known to man. By any measure of rational analysis marijuana can be safely used within a supervised routine of medical care.

“It would be unreasonable, arbitrary and capricious for DEA to continue to stand between those sufferers and the benefits of this substance in light of the evidence in this record.” -- Judge Francis L. Young, Administrative Law Judge

OPINION AND RECOMMENDED RULING

In presenting false testimony against Reverend Christie, the judges and prosecutors responsible for his pre-trial punishment of have committed crimes against the Constitution.  In order to perpetuate a counter-productive “drug war” our courts have been corrupted by the political influence of economically dominant, chemically-based industries; that are economically threatened by fair competition in a truly “free market,” inclusive of organic, Cannabis-based industries.

Valuable beyond the rightful jurisdiction of any court, Cannabis is so essential that it can never be truly illegal. Our freedom to farm "every herb bearing seed" is the first test of religious freedom.

Free our heartfull soul brother, Reverend Roger Christie -- NOW! The world is starting to notice...
