A simple policy question for President Obama

Please convey my question to the President, if at all possible. Thank you.

My question is simply this, How can the government have rightful jurisdiction over any "herb bearing seed" when God gave all of them to us, twice, on the first page of the Bible?

Cannabis hemp is nutritionally unique and essential.
